Karin Agajany

Karin Agajany is an experienced Analytics Manager and Learning & Development Manager in the fraud analysis industry. With a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Karin has a background in research and organizational consulting. Karin has also worked as a Psychotechnic Diagnostician for the Israel Defense Forces and as a Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In their current role at Forter, Karin is responsible for analyst recruitment, training, and development in the analytics department.
