Kenneth Mesikapp

Kenneth Mesikapp is an executive with over 20 years of experience in finance, currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Forter, Inc. They previously held key roles as the Chief Accounting Officer at Rally Software Development and Code42 Software, where they contributed to significant IPO processes and financial reporting. Kenneth has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and tax compliance, having been involved in the successful IPOs of both RNDC and RALY. They also serve as a member of the Board of Advisors at StackHawk and have been actively engaged in supporting the Berthoud Schools Fund. Kenneth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
