Nathan Meisels has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Software Engineer at Forter since 2015. In this position, they worked on detecting recurring customers and fraudsters, as well as providing real-time decisions to ecommerce merchants. Nathan was also responsible for ensuring system readiness for major events like Black Friday and cyber Monday, handling millions of transactions. Nathan played a key role in migrating Forter's Velocity service to Python3 and scaling out the main system to another region.
Prior to joining Forter, Nathan worked as a Software Developer at IDF - Elite Technological Unit from 2014 to 2015. Nathan also had previous experience in the same unit from 2010 to 2013, during which they worked on software development and maintenance projects.
Nathan Meisels completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at Jerusalem College Of Technology from 2006 to 2009. Nathan then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science at Reichman University, graduating between 2012 and 2016.
