Scott Schenkel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, having served as eBay’s interim CEO from September 2019 to April 2020, following four years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. With a tenure of over 12 years at eBay, they oversaw multiple finance and analytics functions, including mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to eBay, Scott held various finance leadership roles at General Electric for more than 16 years. Currently, they are a member of the Board of Directors at Forter, Pinterest, and NetApp. Scott earned a degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1990.
