Daniel Lacaze is currently an Engineer Intern at Forterra, where responsibilities include designing multilayer PCBs and schematic layouts using Altium Designer for upcoming smart antenna systems in autonomous vehicles. Previous experience at Forterra as an intern involved creating 3D models for an Omnidirectional Stereo Camera and contributing to the first prototype of patent #10200675. Daniel co-founded OpenSea, developing a neural network to generate NFTs based on significant world events. Earlier experience at First Robotics included testing tracking devices for military and emergency responders in GPS-denied environments. Daniel is enrolled in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Purdue University, set to graduate in May 2027.
