Laurel Lemon is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in operations and product development. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Robotic Research since August 2022, Laurel previously held multiple key roles at Alarm.com from October 2015 to March 2022, including Production Manager and Lead of Supply Chain, overseeing manufacturing operations and coordinating new product releases. Prior experience includes Associate Manager of Product Development & Sourcing at Avon and Assistant Manager of Product Development & Brand Management at Toys R Us, where comprehensive vendor management and market analysis were critical duties. Laurel holds a degree from Bryn Mawr College.
