Tom Sterling

Tom Sterling is a Staff Software Engineer currently at Forterra, focused on enhancing the localization team’s data and tooling capabilities. Previously, they led the Data, Tools, and Test group at Trimble Inc., where they developed a perception data pipeline and transitioned it to a cloud architecture. Tom also held roles as a Systems Engineer and Sustaining Software Engineer 2 at Spectra Logic, where they drove improvements in hardware design and developed critical tools for data visualization and debugging. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011.
