Sullyvan ALES has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 with a role as Responsable d'équipe at Carrefour. In 2013, they took on a Technicien Bureau d'études role at Guilbert Express, followed by an Ingénieur Logistique Industrielle role at AEM bruleurs. In 2016, they became Chef de Projet Croissance externe at AEM, Decolletage DA, MPC, and in 2018 they took on a Consultant senior Chef de projet ERP role at Sylob. Most recently, they began a Service Operations Manager role at Forterro in 2021.

Sullyvan ALES completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur Industriel in Organisation et Logistique Industrielle from CFAI Mecavenir between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Dut Génie Mecanique et Productique from Université Paris 8 between 2011 and 2013. They are currently pursuing a Formation Métodes agiles de gestion et amorçage de projet in Agilité from Simplon.co.
