In 1711, Dr. Luis Fortes de Bustamante e Sá, a nobleman from the court of King João V of Portugal, established himself in Brazil as a Judge in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

After over 300 years, the Fortes de Bustamante Family has become one of the oldest in Brazil, participating in various sectors and witnessing the national development.

Currently, as an international Family Office, they have a branch for investments in Brazil, specializing in Private Equity and Financial Services.
