Inês Novais

Inês Novais has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2014, they started their career as an Account Manager at Prime 8 Advertising Portugal, where they worked until 2016. Then, they joined SOAP - State of the art presentations as an Account Manager from November 2016 to September 2019. Later, they transitioned to the role of Client Consulting Manager at SOAP, where they worked until July 2021. In July 2021, Inês joined dunnhumby as a PMO - Campaign Management Associate and stayed until February 2023. Currently, Inês is working as a Client Delivery Manager at Forth Point, starting in February 2023.

From 2006 to 2012, Inês attended Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, where they obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in the field of study of Architecture.

In 2021, Inês enrolled at USP - Universidade de São Paulo for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Inês completed this program in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Inês also obtained a certification in Principles of Digital Marketing from Google in December 2020. In July 2022, they obtained another certification, The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course, from Udemy.
