Joanna Bruce

Joanna Bruce has a diverse work experience in the technology and data field. Joanna currently holds the position of Senior Data Engineer at Forth Point | A Blend360 Company, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sensyne Health from April 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Sensyne Health, Joanna was a Senior Machine Learning/Data Engineer at Cognito iQ from December 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing and building ML analytics and datalake in AWS, utilizing various tools and technologies such as Python with Keras, Tensorflow, scipy, numpy, pandas, and AWS services.

Joanna also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer - Predictive Analytics at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, from September 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they developed, tested, and deployed predictive analytics models using Java, Python, Scala, SQL, and various AWS technologies.

Joanna began their career as a Technology Graduate at Thomson Reuters from September 2017 to August 2018, where they gained a solid foundation in technology. Joanna also had a Technical Solutions Internship at Arqiva from July 2016 to September 2016.

Joanna Bruce attended the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree in Physics.
