Megan Harkins

Megan Harkins has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Megan currently holds the position of Leadership Operations Executive at Forth Point | A Blend360 Company since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Research and Development at OK Positive starting from February 2020. Megan also worked as an Account Executive at Dentsu Creative from June 2022 to January 2023, and at Whitespace for a brief period from May 2022 to June 2022. Megan has also served as a Business Development Manager at Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange from March 2021 to May 2022. In addition, they had a long-term role as a Duty Supervisor, Sports Attendant, and Lifeguard at ESMS - A unique family of independent schools for boys and girls from April 2016 to May 2022. Other roles they have held include Pupil Support Assistant at The City of Edinburgh Council from September 2019 to February 2020, Front of House Assistant at Assembly Festival in August 2019, and various positions at Glasgow University Swimming and Water Polo Club from April 2016 to May 2019, including President, Secretary, and Social Convenor. Megan also completed a Mental Health Internship at Community Access from May 2018 to July 2018.

Megan Harkins completed their high school education at The Mary Erskine School from 2002 to 2015. Megan then pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Glasgow from 2015 to 2019. During their time at the University of Glasgow, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in the field of Psychology and Politics. In April 2019, they also earned the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification from the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK).
