Neil Carden

Neil Carden has a diverse work experience spanning decades. Neil is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Forth Point, a newly established business that they co-founded in 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, Neil served as the Managing Director at Merkle Aquila, a leading data and analytics solutions provider in the UK. Neil also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Smart Money People, a company focused on using customer reviews to drive positive change in the financial services sector, from 2015 to 2020. Neil held the position of Commercial Director at Aquila Insight, a data analytics company, from 2015 to 2017. Before that, from 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of Insight and Planning at The Co-operative Group. Neil gained considerable experience at MasterCard, where they held various roles including Head of MasterCard Advisors (UK and Ireland) from 2010 to 2011 and Head of Information and Analytics (Europe) from 2004 to 2011. Neil started their career as a Consultant at KPMG Consulting from 2000 to 2003 and Sema Group from 1998 to 2000.

Neil Carden completed their LLB in Law at The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1996. Neil pursued a MSC in Information Systems Management at the University of Stirling from 1996 to 1997. In 2007 and 2008, Neil Carden attended the Programme for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
