Paul Devoy

Paul Devoy is a Non-Executive Member at Forth Valley College. Prior to that, they were the Head of Investors in People, a subsidiary of UKCES, from August 2011 to January 2017. Paul was responsible for leading the business and transforming it from a reliance on government funding to a sustainable franchise business model. Paul also served as the Director for Scotland and Northern Ireland at the Financial Services Skills Council from December 2004 to November 2005.

Paul Devoy has a Chartered Fellowship in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Executive Programme in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, and is a Companion in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
