David Skakel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recycling, waste management, and environmental sustainability. Skakel served as Program Coordinator for the Hood River County Recycling Program from 1999 to 2002, where foundational improvements to recycling systems were made. Subsequent roles include Executive Director of the Columbia Gorge Earth Center, Business Manager at the Gorge Rebuild-it Center, and Solid Waste Specialist for the Tri-County Hazardous Waste & Recycling Program.
