Laura Heglund

Laura Heglund is an experienced, S.P.H.R.-certified HR Manager with a strong background in Total Rewards management. Throughout their career in human resources, Laura has efficiently managed HR functions as a department-of-one and is skilled in talent acquisition, employee communications, and benefits administration. Laura’s notable accomplishments include maintaining flat benefit premiums at Northland Securities, Inc. despite national increases, as well as coordinating benefit plan integrations during corporate mergers. Currently, Laura serves as an HR Manager at Forthright and continues to pursue education in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas.
