Mark Connell has over 15 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field. Mark started their career in 2005 as an Attorney at the Law Office of Stephen Gertler, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2020, they served as Operations Counsel at Forthright - affiliated National Arbitration Forum (FORUM). In 2020, they joined Forthright as the Director of NJ Arbitration/Operations Counsel, a position they currently hold.

Mark Connell has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Race Officer from US Sailing, a USGT Masters Licensed Captain 25GT from the USCG Merchant Marine Captain - Near Coastal, and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
