Roberta Mueller has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Roberta is currently the Principal and Co-Founder of LeadUp Career, an employment hub that helps job seekers enhance their job search process by providing software tools and online video lessons. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Forthright, where they facilitated fast and fair dispute resolution mechanisms through technology and excellent customer service. Additionally, Roberta held the position of President and Principal HR Consultant at Universal HR Solutions, where they provided HR consulting services.

Roberta Mueller obtained a M.A. degree in Human Resource Development and a Certificate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas in the years 1997-2000. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. degree in Music Education from St. Cloud State University. Roberta also holds additional certifications including DDI Training Facilitator, Insights Discovery Practitioner, Lominger Leadership Architect Certification, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
