Dave Smith

Dave Smith is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Group Environment Manager at Ibstock Plc since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Environment Lead at Horizon Nuclear Power from September 2018 to September 2021 and served as Environment Manager at ALTRAD from January 2003 to September 2018. Dave began a career in the environmental field as a Research Assistant at Lancaster University from November 2001 to November 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physical Geography, both obtained from Lancaster University, along with a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health from NEBOSH.
