Mark Ruh

Mark Ruh is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at FortiFi and as a member of the Board of Directors for Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., Mark has a proven track record in executing significant financial transactions, including multiple 144A asset-backed securities. Previous positions include CFO at HomeStreet Bank, where annual revenue exceeded $350 million, and turnaround CFO at Mission Community Bancorp. Mark has also held board positions at multiple organizations, demonstrating expertise in corporate governance, strategic investments, and financial management. Mark holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, along with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
