You’ve outgrown ad-hoc security. We build what comes next.

If your company has moved beyond startup mode but doesn’t yet have a dedicated security leader, you’re in the “awkward middle” of security. You’re facing enterprise-level pressure—SOC 2 audits, complex customer security questionnaires, and the rapid adoption of AI—but you aren't ready for a $250k+ full-time CISO.

Fortified Services Inc. (FSI) acts as your fractional security leadership team. We provide the strategic "brains" of a security department, designing programs that are right-sized for your team to actually run.

How we help growing organizations:

👉 Fractional vCISO Leadership: Senior-level security strategy, roadmap ownership, and board-level reporting for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

👉 AI Security & Governance: Pragmatic guardrails for internal AI use and secure architecture reviews for AI-powered product features.

👉 Compliance & Revenue Enablement: End-to-end readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and CMMC to help you close bigger deals faster.

👉 Security Program in a Box: A 3-6 month engagement to move from informal practices to a documented, defensible security program.

👉 Incident Readiness: Tailored playbooks and tabletop exercises so your leadership team is ready to respond calmly when it matters most.

Why FSI?

We are advisory-first. We don’t resell tools, and we don’t run a 24/7 SOC. Our only incentive is to provide the leadership and architecture your business needs to stay secure and compliant as you scale.
