Edwin Daamen

Edwin Daamen is a seasoned development engineer with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently at Fortimedix Surgical B.V. since September 2022, Edwin has previously enhanced processes as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Endurans™ Solar and contributed to experimental design as an Experimental Design Engineer at DSM Ahead from June 2010 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Product and Project Engineer at Medtronic, Project Manager in Mechanical Engineering at Creaholic, and Mechanical Engineer at Venne Electronics. Edwin's career began at Oce as a Mechanical Engineer and included a position as an Optical Mechanical Instruments Engineer with the Koninklijke Landmacht. Educationally, Edwin holds an HTS degree in Engineering from Royal PBNA, an A degree in Precision Mechanics from Leidse Instrumentmakers school, and attended MTS Precision Mechanics Sittard.
