Alistair Carter is a seasoned Security Operations Center Senior Instructor, currently focused on educating professionals in cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence tools. Alistair has extensive experience in technical training and customer support, having previously held positions at Fortinet, where they managed the Knowledge Team and contributed to the development of training programs in collaboration with universities. Prior to Fortinet, Alistair worked in various technical roles across Nortel Networks, netexpose, and Indexis, showcasing a robust background in network design, system consulting, and technical engineering. Alistair earned a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Sunderland.
