Bob Plate is an accomplished sales director with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Sales for SLED Texas at Fortinet since 2020. Prior to this role, Bob was the Director of Sales for End User Computing in the SLED segment at VMware from 2018 to 2020, overseeing the South Central and West Region. Bob's career includes positions as Sales Director at Lenovo, where responsibilities included managing State & Local and Higher Education sales for the Western U.S., and as Regional Sales Director at Dell, focused on commercial business in Kansas City and St. Louis.
