Daniel Buhmann has over 15 years of experience in securing operational technology and critical infrastructure. They began their career as a Software Engineer/Developer at ma-x Neue Medien from 2005 to 2007, and worked in internal communications at SAP from 2000 to 2003. Daniel served as Business Unit Manager for Security Solutions at KORAMIS GmbH between 2017 and 2019, and held various positions at Fortinet, including Systems Engineer from 2019 to 2021 and currently as Principal Systems Engineer specializing in OT/IoT. Daniel earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences of Kaiserlautern in 2003.
