Daniel Korstad is a seasoned professional in network engineering and cyber security with over two decades of experience. Daniel began a career in the United States Air Force as a Communication Officer and transitioned to various roles including Team Chief and Senior Network Engineer at Nortel. Daniel later served as a Network Engineer at AVAYA Government Solutions, Inc. and moved on to become a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at NJVC, LLC. Currently, Daniel holds the position of Systems Engineer III at Fortinet. Daniel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from South Dakota State University.
