David Wang

David Wang is the VP of Product Engineering at Fortinet, where they are responsible for the development of IPS, AntiVirus, and AntiMalware engines for various Fortinet products. With over 20 years of professional software development experience, they are proficient in C/C++ and Java, as well as networking technologies and kernel architectures. David previously held roles as a Senior Director and Director of Software R&D at Fortinet, leading cross-team collaborations and management in software design. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Mathematics from Shandong University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Southeast University.
