Eric Wright possesses a robust background in technology and engineering, currently serving as a Sales Engineer for the State and Local Government and Education (SLED) sector at Fortinet since March 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions in the Eanes-Westlake Innovative School District, including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director of Technology Services, demonstrating a strong commitment to educational technology from 2015 to 2021. Eric's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Computer Systems Engineer at the University of Virginia and Information Technology Manager at Rutherford Construction, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Virginia Tech, earned between 1986 and 1993.
