Additionally, Gray has been a member of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Georgia since 2012. Previously, Gray held the title of Director of Sales for Southeast Enterprise at VMware, focusing on building a strong culture and driving growth through transformational technology. Prior to VMware, Gray was Area Vice President at EMC, managing multiple sales, technical, and professional services teams, achieving significant accolades including being ranked number one Area Vice President for three consecutive years and implementing the successful 'Topgrading' program that led to substantial revenue growth.
