Jacky Cheng

Jacky Cheng is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software quality assurance, agile coaching, and test automation. Currently serving as a Software Release QA Engineer at Fortinet since January 2024, Jacky also holds a position as an Optician/Office Manager at EyeHaus, Doctors of Optometry since September 2022. Previously, at HP from October 2021 to October 2023, Jacky acted as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, facilitating agile frameworks and enhancing productivity across development teams. With significant experience at Teradici as a Scrum Master and Software Developer, Jacky demonstrated strong leadership in agile practices and software development, including SaaS solutions. Early career experience includes positions at Syscon Justice Systems as a Test Automation Engineer and Polycom as a Test Automation Developer, focusing on automation and testing for various technologies.
