Javier Coronel

Javier Coronel is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a focus on cybersecurity and network solutions. Currently serving as a FortiSASE Network Engineer at Fortinet since November 2022, Javier also holds titles as a Fortinet L2 Cybersecurity Expert and Fortinet L1 Cybersecurity Professional. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Security Engineer at Vectus SRL, where responsibilities encompassed designing cybersecurity solutions for both OT and IT environments using major products such as Fortinet and Forescout. Earlier experiences include positions as a Datacenter Administrator at Capitalinas, where Javier managed network infrastructure, and as a VoIP Server Administrator at Indetics, responsible for support and implementation of VoIP applications. Javier's career began as an electronic technician at DSI Soluciones Informáticas, providing IT support and networking.
