Jim Richberg

Jim Richberg is the Head of Cyber Policy and Global Field CISO at Fortinet, bringing cybersecurity solutions to both industry and the public sector. With a distinguished former career as a Federal Executive, Richberg served as the National Intelligence Manager for Cyber, where they focused on cyber intelligence within the U.S. intelligence community. They have held various high-level positions, including Director of National Counterintelligence Analysis and Assessment, and are a member of multiple professional councils and committees, including the World Economic Forum Cybersecurity Leadership Forum. Richberg began their academic journey at Stanford University, earning a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Ohio University, along with Ph.D. coursework at MIT.
