Joe Daw

Joe Daw is a seasoned Cyber Security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Architect and SE for Fortinet since January 2026, Joe previously held numerous positions at IBM, including Principal Account Technical Lead and Principal Security Architect, where responsibilities included leading Cyber Security teams and managing enterprise risk for clients. Joe's earlier career includes roles as Information Security Manager at Jones Day and Bristol West Insurance Group, and significant contributions to regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial services sector. Joe also presided over the ISC2 Cleveland Chapter, advocating for the development of well-rounded Information Security Professionals. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Akron.
