Karyn Jacobs

Karyn Jacobs is a seasoned technical writer and editor with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Technical Editor/Writer at Fortinet since May 2017. Prior roles at Fortinet include Manager of Technical Documentation and Senior Technical Writer. Karyn's career began at Newbridge Networks in September 1997, followed by positions at Nortel, where employment lasted from February 2000 to April 2009, and BlackBerry from May 2009 to March 2017. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English from Queen's University, completed in 1995, and a Bachelor of Education in Primary/Junior, earned in 1996.
