Kris Claes

Kris Claes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and service delivery within the ICT sector. Currently serving as Fortinet Account Director since September 2021, Kris previously held various leadership roles at Orange Business Services from August 2010 to August 2021, including Account Director, Professional Services Champion for Europe, Head of Customer Service Management for BeNeLux, and Business Unit Director. Kris's earlier career includes serving as Business Unit Manager for the Americas and Project Management Team Leader at Integrated Network Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Management from LUCA School of Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St Eligius.
