Kyla W. has extensive experience in marketing and communications, holding various senior roles across prominent organizations. Beginning as a Program Development & Marketing Coordinator at JW Research Ltd. from February 2004 to March 2007, Kyla then transitioned to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, serving as a New Business Development Specialist - Marketing and later as a Communications Officer until July 2014. Following this, a position as Account Director at Edelman from August 2014 to May 2016 was undertaken, before moving on to Ivanhoé Cambridge as Marketing Director until July 2021. Between August 2021 and November 2025, Kyla led marketing and communications for Strategic Ventures at BCAA. Currently, since November 2025, Kyla holds the position of Director, Marketing and Government Relations - Canada at Fortinet.
