Laz Corrales

Laz Corrales serves as the Sr. Director of Systems Engineering at Fortinet since March 2016, overseeing and motivating Systems Engineers in the Florida region while ensuring successful technical solutions for clients. Previous experience includes a role as Director within Citrix's Global Security Organization from 2011 to 2016, where Laz led 17 cross-functional teams in implementing a Customer Security Management program. Prior to Citrix, Laz was a Senior Manager for IT Security at Norwegian Cruise Line from 2005 to 2011, responsible for developing security architecture and mentoring IT professionals. Additional positions include Director of Information Technology and Training at FastTrain (2000-2005) and Professional Services Support Analyst at BARR Systems (1999-2000), alongside early experience as a Network Engineer and Technical Trainer at Global Information Solutions (1998-2000). Laz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and an Associate of Science degree from Miami Dade College.
