Leandro Werder

Leandro Werder has an extensive career at Fortinet since 2006, currently serving as the VP of Business Development Engineering for the Americas International region. In this role, Leandro collaborates with the Sales VP to devise strategies targeting sectors such as Carrier/Telco, Advanced Services, and Cloud across Canada and Latin America, and has built a robust engineering structure to support various cross-functional teams. Prior positions include Senior Director and Director of Systems Engineering, where Leandro successfully expanded engineering teams in Latin America and Brazil, enhancing capabilities in secure access technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Engineer at MUDE, focusing on pre-sales and post-sales activities, infrastructure design, and technical support. Leandro possesses a strong technical background, having trained partners and sales teams while providing solutions to meet customer needs. Leandro's education includes coursework at Universidad Iberoamericana Monterrey.
