Markus Frey

Markus Frey possesses extensive experience in systems engineering and security, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Systems Engineering at Fortinet since January 2017, Markus has also held roles such as Team Lead Systems Engineering for the Channel/Spec Team and Systems Engineer. Prior to Fortinet, Markus worked at Cisco as a Consulting Systems Engineer specializing in security from August 2011 to December 2016. Earlier in the career, Markus served as Manager of System Engineering and Systems Engineer for Security at execure ag from October 2004 to July 2011 and held positions at Intrum Justitia and Gutenberg Communication System AG, focusing on network, datacenter, and security management.
