Patrick Maynard has a wealth of experience in sales and customer retention roles, working at Rogers Communications from 2008 to 2020. Patrick started as a Customer Retention Specialist and advanced to leading the Advanced Customer Retention (Winback) department. Patrick played a key role in training new representatives and supporting outbound calls to win back customers. Currently, at Fortinet since October 2020, Patrick serves as the Business Development Manager, leading a team of Channel Development Representatives to support partners and facilitate communication with the sales team.
