Reuben Tan

Reuben Tan is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Advanced Support APAC at Fortinet since December 2017. In this role, Reuben oversees the Advanced Services team, ensuring effective service delivery and alignment with customers’ business goals while driving business growth through sales support. Prior to Fortinet, Reuben held positions at Whispir as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, and at Cisco in various management roles, where responsibilities included managing teams and driving service portfolios. Reuben's career began at Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Technical Engineer, specifically leading LAN operations across the Asia Pacific region. Reuben holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and is currently pursuing executive education at NUS Business School.
