Scott Atkinson

Scott Atkinson is currently the Vice President of Litigation and Compliance at Fortinet, where they lead litigation and supervise compliance investigations globally. They have extensive experience overseeing matters in over thirty countries and managing various types of disputes, including patent, trademark, and employment issues. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Director at Carr McClellan, among others. Scott earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and an A.B. from Duke University.
