Sheena Blanco

Sheena Blanco currently serves as the Director of FortiDLP Customer Experience at Fortinet, following the acquisition of Next DLP, where Sheena was the Senior Director of Customer Experience. With a strong background in technical account management, Sheena previously worked as the Manager of Technical Account Management at Endpoint Protector by CoSoSys and held various roles at Digital Guardian, including Senior Manager of Premier Support. Sheena's extensive experience in customer service and technical support spans over 18 years, beginning as a Software Developer at Rand Information Systems and Electronic Data Systems, and includes significant roles at Oracle Corporation. Sheena holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Stirling.
