Song Sun is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and development, currently serving as a Manager of Software Development QA at Fortinet since July 2022. Prior roles include Staff Software Development Engineer in Test at Netskope and various engineering positions at Forescout Technologies Inc. and Symantec, where significant contributions were made in quality assurance engineering. Early career experience includes work as an SQA Engineer at Huawei, focusing on networking protocols. Song Sun holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, along with multiple master's degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Science and Technology of China, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.
