Xiaofei (Stephen) Ren is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in IT and engineering leadership, currently serving as Sr. Director of RD IT and Performance Analysis at Fortinet since April 2012. Ren has led engineering, configuration management, and quality assurance teams, overseeing initiatives in cloud service management and source code management for a wide range of Fortinet products. Prior to Fortinet, Ren held positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Huawei Technologies, and served as a Senior Cisco Instructor. Ren holds a Bachelor of Science in Dual Major Physics and Marine Science from Ocean University of China and is pursuing further education in the Executive Leadership program at Cornell University.
