About RD Studio

RD Studio is a founder-led R&D studio focused on building applied systems for the Digital Workplace.
We operate between research and production, developing real, working systems — not concepts or consulting deliverables.

Digital Workplace Domain

We work within the Digital Workplace domain, defined as:

AI-powered work environments where voice, collaboration tools, and automation are core interfaces for daily operations.

Core Pillars — What We Build
Pillar 1 — Voice Layer

A reusable AI voice capability used across systems.

AI voice agents

Speech-to-text / text-to-speech

Conversational logic

Integration-ready voice components

Pillar 2 — Call Center (Teams-integrated)

A practical, applied system built on top of the voice layer.

Custom call center solution

Native integration into Microsoft Teams

Inbound and outbound workflows

Pillar 3 — Fireball (Interoperability Layer)

An internal interoperability and orchestration layer.

Connects voice, chat, and messaging systems

Orchestrates workflows across tools

API-first, scalable architecture

Enablement & Implementation

Where required, RD Studio supports Digital Workplace implementations through:

Video conferencing rooms

Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration hardware

Digital system integration

This work supports our core systems and does not define the studio.

How We Work

We work in defined R&D experiments and delivery scopes

Each initiative has a clear owner, scope, and decision point

Not all experiments continue - validation is success

We do not operate in open-ended or undefined engagements.
