Richard Eichen

Richard Eichen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in operations, management, and business strategy. Currently serving as a Partner and CXO at Fortium Partners since November 2019, Eichen has a proven track record in transforming and enhancing IT functions. Previous roles include EVP and CIO at Inperium Management Services, Inc., where a significant turnaround of the IT function was achieved, and senior positions at Return on Efficiency, LLC, and SmartStream Technologies, focusing on profitability restoration and strategic business development. Eichen co-founded Portal Partners, Inc., and has provided interim leadership roles across major firms, including Deloitte. Eichen holds an MBA in Strategic Management from St. John’s University and a BSBA in Accounting from Western New England University.
