Celeste Pidcott

Celeste Pidcott, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist currently employed at Once For All since September 2025, with prior experience at Novata from January 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading data science initiatives in ESG benchmarking and automating analytics using natural language processing (NLP). Notable achievements at Novata include the development of a text matching service that significantly improved client onboarding efficiency. Pidcott's earlier role as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Sheffield involved analyzing neutrino interactions and engineering calibration systems for large detector experiments. Celeste earned a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Warwick and holds an MPhys from Lancaster University, supplemented by a data science training program from DS4A.
