Dan Sullivan

Dan Sullivan currently serves as the Head of Privacy, Transformation at Fortive, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Dan was the Head of Privacy Operations at Deliveroo, where notable achievements included building a dedicated team for privacy operations, developing a comprehensive privacy strategy, and managing stakeholder relationships. Dan also held positions as Global Deputy Data Protection Officer and Group Data Protection Officer at Balfour Beatty plc, where key responsibilities involved enhancing data subject request processes and overhauling incident response protocols. Earlier roles included EMEA Data Privacy Manager at CBRE and Business Systems and Privacy Manager at Host Students, focusing on GDPR compliance and privacy policy development. Dan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Rights Law and Practice from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
