Naomi Ogan

Naomi Ogan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Fortive since April 2017. Prior to this role, Naomi was a Partner at K&L Gates from 2010 to 2017 and worked as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2007 to 2010. Naomi earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley between 2004 and 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Santa Clara University, completed in 1999.
